    1. Will the existing corporate services continue to operate during the merger process?
      The existing corporate services will continue to operate without interruption during the merger process. We ensure that there will be no disruption to the services you currently enjoy, and we will provide further information regarding any updates or changes that may occur after the official merger on April 16th, 2025.
    2.  Will there be any changes to the data package and call rates?
      The data package and call rates will remain as they are now. If there are any changes or rate adjustments that need to be implemented, we will notify you in advance to avoid any confusion regarding the changes.
    3. Will customers receive an official notification regarding the changes?
      We will provide official notifications regarding any changes that occur, whether related to services, rates, or other policies. These notifications will be clear and timely so that you can make adjustments if necessary.
    4. Will this merger affect the IoT solutions that customers are currently using?
      The solutions currently used by customers will not be affected by the merger. We will ensure that IoT services continue to operate smoothly, and if there are any updates or developments regarding IoT services, we will inform you further.
    5. How does this merger ensure compliance with corporate customer data protection laws?
      We are committed to compliance with the personal data protection law. Throughout the merger process, we will ensure that all corporate customer data is protected in accordance with applicable regulations, and we will continue to maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information.
    6. What about customers who have contracts with both entities (XL and Smartfren)?
      For customers who have contracts with both entities, we will coordinate further to ensure that the existing contracts remain valid. We will make the necessary adjustments and provide detailed information on the steps that need to be taken to ensure a smooth and seamless service experience.
    7.  Can XL corporate services be registered through Smartfren? Or vice versa?
      Of course, you can, and we will connect you with our Corporate Sales/Account Manager to subscribe to XL or Smartfren products, which are now part of XL Smart..
    8. Can XL center and XL/AXIS's customer service handle Smartfren's customers when the merger takes place? Or vice versa?
      For corporate customer complaints, you can contact the respective channels, and of course, we will assist with customer complaints at both XL Center and Smartfren Galleries. For product or service information, we will connect you with our corporate sales/account manager. If any changes occur, we will inform you promptly.
    9. If a customer wants to cooperate or procure with XL, should they use the name PT XL AXIATA TBK or PT XLSmart Sejahtera?
      For cooperation agreements made after the official merger on April 16th, 2025, PT XLSmart Telecom Sejahtera name will be used.
    10. Will the free on-net call benefit, which previously only applied to calls between XL/AXIS/Smartfren numbers, also apply to calls between XL and Smartfren numbers?
      There are currently no changes to the service rates, and if there are any changes, they will be communicated by the Account Manager / Corporate Sales Representative.
